On Sunday, 24 May 2026, Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church celebrated Pentecost Sunday under the theme of the Holy Spirit’s power in the life of the church.
The message reflected on Peter, who, after denying Christ, on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2:14) says, “Peter stood up.”
The emphasis was clear:
The Holy Spirit helps us to stand.
The Holy Spirit helps us to speak.
The Holy Spirit helps us to see Jesus.
