Sons of Allen

The Sons of Allen is the men’s ministry of the A.M.E. Church, committed to building men of faith, integrity, service, and accountability. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, the SOA strengthens brotherhood, supports fathers and families, restores inactive members, and equips men to serve Christ in the home, church, and community.

Activities & Programmes
  • Daily morning devotions and spiritual encouragement
  • My Brother’s Keeper” fellowship and accountability programme
  • Home visits, prayer support, and inactive fathers’ outreach
  • Quarterly SOA meetings, workshops, and member induction

Young People’s & Children’s Division

The Young People’s and Children’s Division is the youth ministry of the Women’s Missionary Society in the A.M.E. Church. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, the YPD nurtures children, youth, and young adults through Bible study, mission, community service, leadership development, Christian living, and active participation in the life of the Church.

The Women’s Missionary Society is a vital ministry of the A.M.E. Church committed to Christian witness, mission, advocacy, education, membership development, and stewardship. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, the WMS encourages women of all ages to serve God, strengthen the Church, and make a meaningful impact in the community.

The Lay Organization equips lay members for ministry, leadership, and service according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, it promotes spiritual growth, A.M.E. identity, social action, evangelism, youth engagement, and active participation in the wider mission of the Church.

Allen Christian Evangelical League

The Allen Christian Evangelical League is an evangelistic ministry of the African Methodist Episcopal Church made up of men, women, young people, and members of all ages. Its purpose is to lead people to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, strengthen Christian fellowship, and encourage members to become faithful witnesses for Christ in daily life. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, the ACE League promotes prayer, worship, personal evangelism, street revival, outreach, social action, and collaborative ministry with other auxiliaries in the work of growing the Church and serving the community.

At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, the CMLF strengthens women through prayer, fellowship, training, social action, worship, and compassionate support.

  • CMLF Awareness every second Sunday

RAYAC coordinates young adult ministry in the local church by promoting discipleship, leadership training, fellowship, networking, and Christian service. At Nkosi Memorial A.M.E. Church, it helps young adults grow in faith, serve the Church, mentor youth, and use their God-given gifts for Kingdom building.
